Interview with

ELI BALDWIN

ACTOR ~ MODEL ~ CREATOR

Vessel: Greetings, Eli! We’re delighted to have you with us today. Could you kindly introduce yourself to our readers?

Eli: Hello, everyone! My name is Eli Baldwin. I was born and raised in Utah, and I’m 24 years old. Having grown up immersed in the entertainment world, I’ve spent my entire life as an actor, model, and singer. Currently, I serve as the New Faces Director at Stars Talent Studio, a company my mother founded 15 years ago. Beyond my professional life, I’ve always had a passion for sports—I’ve tried my hand at nearly every type of sport! I also cherish spending meaningful moments with my family and friends.

Vessel: How old were you when you began your acting journey? Could you share the story of how you first became involved in the industry?

Eli: Before I could even talk, I made my debut in a Signing Time video alongside my mom. You could say the industry has been a part of my life from the very beginning. Growing up, my mom worked as a talent agent, and that meant I was often auditioning for commercials, billboards, and even movies. It was such a thrilling experience to be surrounded by creativity and opportunity from such a young age.

There was also a time when our family caught the attention of several reality TV shows—it was a whirlwind of excitement! While it wasn’t something every family experiences, I embraced it wholeheartedly. Interestingly, out of all my siblings, I was the only one who ventured into this world. It felt like a natural fit for me, and I loved every moment of it.

Vessel: Your mother is a talent agent and owns her own agency. How has growing up in that environment shaped you and your career?

Eli: Growing up in the entertainment industry, surrounded by so many talented and driven individuals, was an incredible experience. I’ve had the privilege of meeting and working with amazing people—those I grew up alongside in the industry and the mentors who’ve guided and supported me along the way. Each of them played a role in shaping who I am today, both personally and professionally.

Interestingly, while my mom’s career opened countless doors, it also taught me the value of independence. She was often busy managing the agency and helping others achieve their dreams, so I had to navigate many aspects of my own journey. This gave me a unique opportunity to develop maturity and responsibility at a young age.

One thing I deeply appreciate is that my mom never pressured me into pursuing anything. She gave me the freedom to discover my own passions and follow my heart. That sense of autonomy allowed me to grow into the person I am today, doing what I love and finding joy in the journey.

Vessel: What inspired you to explore modeling as an extension of your career?

Eli: I was no stranger to the world of modeling growing up, having done a lot of commercial work as a child. However, I quickly realized that commercial modeling didn’t truly resonate with me. It wasn’t until I got older, and life took an unexpected turn, that modeling became a more significant part of my journey.

As I matured, I shot up in height and naturally began to fit the measurements for international modeling standards. That opened the door to new opportunities, and with it, a chance to explore high-fashion and editorial modeling. It was a completely different realm—one filled with creativity, artistry, and storytelling. That’s where I found my spark.

The elegance and depth of editorial and high-fashion modeling captivated me. It felt like a platform where I could express myself in ways I hadn’t before, blending my love for the arts with my personal style. It wasn’t just about wearing clothes—it was about embodying a vision, and that’s when I knew I had found my niche.

Vessel: We’ve heard that you’ve taken on a more active role in your mother’s talent agency. Could you share some insight into your current responsibilities and the goals you’re striving to achieve in this role?

Eli: I currently serve as the New Faces Director at Stars Talent Studio, a position I take great pride in. My primary responsibility is to work closely with our fresh talent, helping them build strong, dynamic profiles and market themselves effectively in the industry. It’s incredibly rewarding to guide newcomers as they step into this competitive world, giving them the tools and confidence they need to succeed.

Beyond my current role, I’m committed to learning every aspect of the business. My ultimate goal is to master each position within the agency, as I aspire to one day take over and continue my mom’s incredible legacy when she decides to retire. Watching her build this agency from the ground up has been nothing short of inspiring, and I want to ensure that her vision not only continues but evolves to meet the ever-changing demands of the entertainment world. I’m fully immersed in the agency’s mission. It’s a role that challenges me daily, and I’m excited to keep growing, as I work toward shaping the future of Stars Talent Studio.

Vessel: What are your personal aspirations within the acting and modeling industries?

Eli: At this stage in my journey, my aspirations have shifted toward helping others thrive in the industry I’ve grown to love and deeply appreciate. Over the years, I’ve gained invaluable knowledge and insight into both acting and modeling, and my greatest passion now lies in using that experience to guide and uplift others.

My goal is to nurture talent, instill confidence, and provide the tools and opportunities they need to succeed. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone reach their full potential and shine in their craft. Whether it’s helping them refine their skills, build their profiles, or navigate the complexities of the industry, I’m committed to being a source of support and inspiration.

Ultimately, my dream is to create stars—individuals who not only excel in their careers but also carry themselves with professionalism and purpose. It’s about fostering a community of talent that not only achieves success but also makes an impact. Seeing others flourish would be the greatest achievement of all.
